VAD VI GÖR

Vi underlättar interkulturell och intrakulturell förståelse.
Vi erbjuder information och utbildning som fokuserar på både individ- och gruppnivå.

Detta inkluderar:
  • Interkulturell kommunikation - som beskriver kommunikationen mellan människor från två olika kulturer, där människor från de olika kulturer skapar delade betydelser utan att någon av kulturerna offrar egenskaperna som gör den unik.
  • Intrakulturell kommunikation - som beskriver kommunikation mellan minst två personer som är från samma kultur eller har kulturellt liknande bakgrund, men med lite olika värden.
Kulturell kommunikation gör det möjligt att vi kan vinna en bättre förståelse för betydelsen av INTEGRATION.
  • Kulturell integration - vilket är blandningen av två eller flera olika kulturer som äger rum utan någon av kulturerna som offrar de egenskaper som gör den unik.
  • Social integration - vilket är processen som gör att människor, oavsett attribut, kan njuta av lika möjligheter, rättigheter och tjänster som är tillgängliga för den så kallade vanliga gruppen.

VARFÖR GÖR VI DET?

Tanken är att alla ska vara förstå vem de är och ha en känsla av behörighet.

  • Vi vänder oss till de exkluderade människor och grupper som inte deltar i förmånerna av socialt kapital (som inkluderar förtroende, normer och nätverk) och som är extremt benägna att känna sig alienerade från sina miljöer och har behov av en känsla av identitet och behörighet i de samhällen dem lever i.
  • Vi vänder oss också till de som har fördelarna av socialt kapital, med tanken att det är i allas intresse att arbeta tillsammans så att våra samhällen fungerar och människor känner sig trygga.


Problemet som är oroande är:
  • Den sociala exkluderingen som utesluter människor från fördelarna med utveckling, förnekar dem möjligheter med val och en röst att hävda sina rättigheter, vilket orsakar högre nivåer av ensamhet, psykisk sjukdom, fattigdom och personlig och social ineffektivitet.
  • Indelningen av människor i 'oss' och 'dem', vilket inte är universellt produktivt i samhällen och orsakar ojämlikheter.

HUR GÖR VI DET?

Vi löser problemet genom utbildning med både teoretisk information och praktiska övningar.
Utbildningen är anpassad till ALLA människor.

  • Vi tillhandahåller informationen / undervisning om personlig, social, kulturell och nationell identitet, vilket i sin tur ger praktisk kunskap i verkliga livet.
  • Detta för att stärka allas förståelse för både likheter och olikheter, samt att förbättra kommunikation, produktivitet och vinst för både företaget och individen.
Vi arbetar för att inkludera den grupp människor som riskerar att bli socialt exkluderade.
Vi arbetar även med den grupp människor som har förmånen att känna sig socialt inkluderad.

WHAT WE DO?

We facilitate intercultural and intracultural understanding.
We offer information and education that focus on both an individual and a group level.

This include:
Intercultural communication - which describes the communication between people from two different cultures, where people from these different cultures create shared meanings without any of the cultures sacrificing the characteristics that make it unique.
Intracultural communication - which describes communication between at least two people who are from the same culture or have culturally similar backgrounds, but with slightly different values.

Cultural communication enables us to gain a better understanding of the importance of INTEGRATION.

Cultural integration - which is the mixture of two or more different cultures that takes place without any of the cultures sacrificing the characteristics that make it unique.
Social integration - which is the process that enables people, regardless of attributes, to enjoy equal opportunities, rights and services that are available to the so-called mainstream group.

WHY WE DO IT?

The idea is for everyone to understand who they are and have a sense of belonging.

  • We turn to the excluded people and groups who do not participate in the benefits of social capital (which includes trust, norms, and networks) and who are extremely prone to feel alienated from their environments and have a need for an identical feeling and belonging in their communities.
  • We also turn to those who have the benefits and advantages of participating in social capital, with the idea that it is in everyone's interest to work together so that our societies function, and people feel safe.


The problem that is worrisome is:
  • The social exclusion that excludes people from the benefits of development, denies them opportunities with choice and a voice to assert their rights, causing higher levels of loneliness, mental illness, poverty, and personal and social inefficiency.
  • The division of people into 'us' and 'them' is not universally productive in societies and causes inequalities.

HOW WE DO IT?

We solve the problem through training using both Theoretical Information and Practical Exercises.
The education is adapted to ALL people.

  • We provide information / teaching about individual, social, cultural, and national identity, which in turn provides practical knowledge in real life.
  • This to strengthen everyone's understanding of both similarities and differences, and to improve communication, productivity and profit for both the company / department and the individual.
We work to include the group of people who risk being socially excluded.
 We also work with the group of people who have the privilege of feeling socially included.

The more aware we are of how we function and who we are,
the more we can realize our desires and dreams.
